The conference will bring together sisters from across the region to reconnect, strategize, and strengthen our collective service and impact. A special room block has been secured for attendees—please reserve your accommodations early using the link. 

Overflow & Nearby Hotels

To accommodate additional attendees, we recommend the following nearby options (within 10–20 minutes):

  • Peachtree City Hotels

  • Fayetteville / Fayette County Area

  • Newnan, GA

These areas offer a range of price points and amenities. Shuttle or ride-share options will be shared closer to the event as available.

By Air

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)
Approx. 30–40 minutes from Trilith (depending on traffic)

From the airport, attendees may:

  • Rent a car

  • Use ride-share services (Uber/Lyft)

Trilith is easily accessible by car and offers on-site and nearby parking.

If you’re driving from within Georgia or neighboring states, we recommend planning arrival by Friday afternoon to allow time for check-in and the opening events.

What should I wear?

Conference attire is polished, comfortable, and expressive.

  • Friday: Elevated casual or smart casual

  • Saturday: Professional or business-casual

  • Sunday: Relaxed, comfortable attire

Bring layers, indoor spaces may be cool.

Is this conference only for NAASC members?

No. The conference is open to all Spelman alumnae, students, and invited guests. NAASC membership is encouraged but not required to attend.

Are meals included?

Select meals and refreshments will be provided as part of the conference experience. Additional details will be shared closer to the event.

Will there be accessibility accommodations?

Yes. We are committed to creating an inclusive experience. Accessibility information and accommodation requests will be available during registration.
